About Me
Hi, my name is Sandra Benkahla, I am the owner and founder of The 305 Agency Miami, a renowned Real Estate Brokerage Firm. Inspired from my own journey as a real estate professional and entrepreneur, I recognized the need to bridge the gap for new and aspiring agents facing the daunting task of navigating the real estate landscape. It was this realization that inspired me to establish The 305 Academy, a comprehensive platform designed to empower newcomers with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive.
Having experienced firsthand the challenges of starting out in real estate, from obtaining licensure to grappling with the intricacies of software, sales techniques, marketing strategies, and lead generation, I understand the overwhelm and uncertainty that can accompany the early stages of a real estate career. I had to figure everything out on my own when I started. Trying to make an income while starting a brand new business was challenging.
As a real estate agent you do start your own business and you become an entrepreneur from the beginning. My program will also help you create that mindset and teach you how to navigate it all.
Determined to pave a smoother path for others, I created the "New Real Estate Agents Path to Success" program.
